Approve Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)

To approve a Process Hazard Analysis (once the PHA is complete) select Edit the Proc. Hazard Analy. from the Actions box.

Then select Mark Complete from the Actions box.

This will open the Approve Safety Review window. Enter Comments and select the Approve Button .

Now the Proc. Hazard Analy.(PHA) has a green checkmark in the Requirements box.
