| Existing Online What-if/Checklist | Allows you to select an existing What-if/Checklist PHA within the PHA area of the APSM Portal |
| Online HAZOP | Allows you to create and build a HAZOP PHA within the PHA area of the APSM Portal |
| Upload a completed PHA | Allows you to upload a PHA file from your computer |
| Use completed, uploaded PHA | Allows you to select a previously completed and uploaded PHA from the Documents area of the APSM Portal |
