MOC PHA Type - Existing Online What-If/Checklist

To use an existing Online What-If/Checklist, select Existing Online What-If/Checklist from the PHA Type field.

Then select the Online What-If/Checklist you would like to use — If you want to include the PHA when printing the MOC, select the Include when printing checkbox — and select the Finish Button .
